The Employee Module is available as an add-on to your OpenAsset system. It offers a searchable database of employees and their project experience, enabling you to attach images to employees and connect employees to projects via project roles. Once configured, your system will have custom employee fields to store whatever data is relevant to your firm. If you use Deltek Vision, you can integrate to OpenAsset and synchronise data between the two systems automatically. Adding a custom template to your system will enable you to combine employees' project information with staff headshots to produce formatted resume documents.
Use this dialog box to format how the project experience is displayed on the resume. After you make a resume format, you can save it to use later. After you add a field, you must add two spaces before the next field in the text box. If you add a comma, add the second space after the comma. If you select a state, currency or date field, a formatting dialog box shows options for formatting the selected data.

The employees who work on the proposal can easily work as a team. Because all of your offices can access the data in the Info Center, each employee can quickly find and get employee and consultant resumes, project experience, graphics files, firm profiles, and narrative text. All of your firm's proposals are in the Vision database. You can use queries to find the applicable employee and project records quickly.
