Last December we wrote about an upcoming change to how Indeed Resume will work for employers, moving from a pay-per-contact basis to a subscription basis. We believe this will be more effective for both employers and job seekers: The change will make it much easier to predict and set recruiting costs while rewarding recruiters with tangible benefits. Today, we are pleased to announce that Indeed Resume Subscriptions are now available to our customers. In this new Subscription model, searching the database will remain free, but in order to see candidate names and contact candidates employers will need an active subscription. Our new subscription packages make sourcing costs more predictable and reward recruiters who reach out to relevant candidates with great messages.
